This scholarship was established in 2020 by Jean Jacobson in memory of her husband, Philip Jacobson, who was a known and respected builder in southeast Wisconsin. Phil is honored through this scholarship, which provides financial support to students enrolled in Gateway Technical College’s Trades programs.

Criteria:

  • reside in Racine County

  • be enrolled in one of Gateway Technical College’s Trades programs

  • preference is given to students who reside in Western Racine County
