This scholarship fund was established in 1996 through a grant made possible by Bud & Mary Androff. Bud was a well-known and respected physical education teacher and coach at Starbuck Middle School in Racine. Mary spent her professional career as a teacher & guidance counselor at Union Grove Union High School.

Criteria:

• Senior graduate from: JI Case, William Horlick, Racine Lutheran, St. Catherine’s, Union Grove Union, Walden III, Washington Park or The REAL School

• Pursuing an undergraduate education at a generally accredited non-profit college or university (no technical colleges)

• Upper 50% of class

• Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a degree in the areas of general education, physical education, or human relations (counseling, psychology, social work, anthropology, etc.)

• Participate in and hold leadership roles in extra-curricular school and community activities.
