This scholarship fund was established in 1983 by former Racine residents, Florence E. Lockwood and her son, James E. Lockwood Jr. It was established to provide scholarships to graduating seniors of Washington Park High School, which is James Lockwood Jr.’s alma mater. An application is available through the high school guidance office. 

Criteria:

  • Be a senior at Washington Park High School 

  • Pursue an undergraduate education at an accredited college or university
