Grace K. Plude Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2008 in memory of Grace K. Plude who was a Second Lt. in the Army Nurse Corp during World War II. She later served as a Director of the Public Health Nursing Association and went on to be the Director of the Associated Visiting Nurse Services. An application is available through the Gateway Technical College guidance office.

Criteria:

• Be enrolled at Gateway Technical College in the Associate Degree Nursing Program with credits equal to, or greater than, 32

• Have a 3.0 or higher grade point average

• Financial need may be considered

• Preference may be given to US Veterans
