This scholarship was established in 2016 by the estate of Jesse and Otto Last. An application is available through the high school guidance office. 

Criteria:

• Be a senior at William Horlick High School

• Pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering 

• Demonstrate financial need
