Kenneth M. Wagner Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2008.

Criteria:

• Be a graduating senior at William Horlick High School for his or her entire senior year, enrolled in a full instructional schedule for that year, be in the process of completing the established high school academic of college preparatory curriculum, and be among the top twenty students based upon the total high school cumulative grade point averages of all seniors at Horlick High School through the third quarter of the senior school year.

• Have superior achievement in oral and written communications.

• Participate in at least one of the following activities: high school speech, debate, music, student government, athletics, academic events and contests sponsored by the University of Wisconsin System, or similar co-curricular activities.

• Show evidence of additional school and/or community activity and demonstrate conduct that is beyond reproach.

• Any other criteria that the committee in its discretion feels are appropriate keeping in mind the purpose of the award.
