I hope to then pursue a career in the medical field, specifically as a surgeon. This scholarship will aid me in the beginning of my path to becoming a doctor, which is why I am grateful to have been selected"
- Tara Manteufel
"I cannot thank you enough for the generous scholarship. It means so much to me to not only have a means of funding my education, but also the support of someone who believes in my hopes and dreams. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you."

Helping our community grow and respond to shifting cultural and technological demands means encouraging young people and adults to expand their educational horizons and embrace the concept of lifelong learning.

Thanks to the vision and generosity of our donors, the Racine Community Foundation now manages more than 28 separate scholarship funds. Through our scholarship program, local students are supported as they pursue their dreams of obtaining higher education in technical colleges and universities throughout Wisconsin and the nation. Some of our scholarship funds are school-specific, while others support students pursuing specific fields of study. Still other scholarships seek to assist students who are most in need.

To apply for a Racine Community Foundation scholarship, students should contact their high school guidance counselor or financial aid office for assistance.

"We want to encourage our young people to dream of what can be and help them grow into their full potential."
